Helping People get Focused, Equipped,
Connected and Involved in Flint, Michigan

Life Groups

We believe that Christ-followers cannot grow in isolation. We need others around us to stretch us, strengthen us, encourage us, pray with us and keep us accountable.  Consider the following verses:

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.”   Hebrews 10:24Two ladies in their 40's laughing and drinking coffee together around the table at Life Group

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”  Proverbs 27:17

Life Groups is our strategy to help people get connected!  Groups usually being after Labor Day and run through May.  If you are currently in a group, you don’t need to do anything.  If you’d like to join a group, or if you would like more information, please send and email to Pastor Larry at   and he will contact you.

What?  Each group meets for about 90 minutes and includes a time of food/fellowship, application discussion centered around the morning worship service message, purposeful prayer, and small group care.

Where?  Each group will meet in the home of someone within the church family.

When?  Most groups meet on Sunday afternoons or evenings at a time determined by the group.

If you want a place where, in the safety of a small group, you can take off your mask and be real with others and get real help and encouragement from others, then you need to join a Life Group.  You don’t have to do life alone!
