1 Peter – Victorious Living
June 16, 2019It wasn't easy being a Christian during the Roman domination of the first century. Many believers were martyred for their refusal to renounce their faith in Jesus. While Christ's followers in America don't have to worry about being crucified or beheaded, there are Christians around the world today who pay the ultimate price for standing up for their faith! Peter's words of encouragement are there for all followers of Christ today who face the difficulties of living for Jesus in the culture they live in. Pastor Scott begins his summer preaching series today on the book of 1 Peter entitled "Victorious Living."
