This is a sobering message, and you will be left with the strong message that there is no bridge from Hell to Heaven!

The religious leaders were being their typical judgmental, prideful selves, and Jesus decided to tell them three stories that would hopefully reveal their sin to them.

Pastor Scott concluded the series-within-the-series on Sunday about Jesus' evangelism, and what we can glean from it. Honesty is the key when sharing the gospel. If we only share that God is love and we need to love, we are leaving out the just character of God, as well as holiness.

Sometimes we think we know who "might be a good Christian" and we spend much time trying to help them accept Christ--when in reality we need to spread the gospel, to whomever we can, and leave the rest with God.  God didn't choose people based on their talents or social status.  

We not only need passion, confidence, and urgency, while sharing the gospel--we need courage. Pastor Scott continues the Evangelism mini-series in the Book of Luke.
